    Features

Data Synchronization & Shift Locking Mechanism

Enabling real-time synchronization of data on printing shift reports and startup pending shift data. The milk dispatch data is a mandatory operation for the next shift collection. The system also incorporates a shift locking mechanism that locks a shift upon generating a dispatch note, preventing any further milk transactions during the specific shift. The shift locking timings can be individually configured for each VLCC.

    Incentives & Deductions

Incentives and deductions can be configured before and after the cut-off timings are set for the morning and evening shifts. Thus, simplifying the process and maximizing productivity and efficiency.

    Data Completeness & Inventory Management

The milk shift summary data or data completeness feature effectively transfers vital information with the total samples, quantity, quality, number of shifts, and the amount for the shift through GPRS to the cloud. Thus, ensuring the accuracy and efficacy of the data. The inventory management features include synchronizing the product master and product rate master from the server or pen drive, tracking product sales with credit limit checks, stock reports and more. This helps streamline the control and monitoring of inventory for efficient operations.

    Auto Weighment & Milk Testing

The Smart Android-based milk collection system offers two separate screens for auto weighment and testing processes on a single device. This split-screen feature on a single device eliminates the need for multiple weighment and milk testing devices. It helps streamline and simplify the overall process for members and milk collection centers.
